System outage impacting the IVES program.

 

Dear IVES participants,

A system outage impacted the IVES program on March 20, 2023. Our IT department brought a swift return to normal processing by resolving  this issue on March 21, 2023.

As a result of this outage, IVES participants may experience a reduction in transcripts and disputed transcripts that were processed on Monday and Tuesday.

Additional information regarding any further delays will be shared as necessary.
