System outage impacting the IVES program

 

Dear IVES participants,

A system outage has impacted the IVES program today, June 29, 2022. Our IT department is currently working on this issue to bring about a swift return to normal processing. IVES Participants will see a reduction in transcripts and disputes processed for today.
